TEMPORARY ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
20 hours per week (Term-time + training days)
We are looking for an efficient and conscientious professional to work closely with our Business Manager and administrative team, providing reception duties, data entry and retrieval. You will be able to communicate at all levels, have excellent attention to detail and be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team. Excellent ICT skills are essential. Previous experience of working in a school strongly desirable. Knowledge of SIMS database is desirable, but not essential. Willingness to undertake a First Aid qualification is essential (if not already attained).
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 12pm to 4pm. This temporary post is required until the end of the Spring Term (April 2011).
Salary will be £7554 to £9059 per annum (working 20 hours, term term + training days)
within the NJC scale pt 14-17 dependent on experience and qualifications.
