Summer Term TOPIC: ISLAND IN THE SUN
From the table of activities, your child will need to select at least 1 activity per week. When an activity has been completed, shade/highlight the box. Teachers will expect to see evidence of each task as it completed and will keep a record of these in class. The children should be encouraged to select activities that interest and inspire them. This is a way of ensuring that children are able to identify the ways in which they learn best, making homework more meaningful and enjoyable.
Every night children should be:
<> Reading to and adult and discussing the contents,
<> Learning and practicing spellings
<> Learning and practicing times tables
